We had a great show at the Daily Auditorium.  This is a very nice venue and the “crew” here is hardworking and dedicated.  The most amazing part of that is these guys are technical theatre high school students!  Some professional touring shows would be a little nervous about working with a crew like this – but once you meet them, you have an immediately understanding that they are very professional and knowledgeable.  Many of these students in the past have gone on to work in some of the most prestigious venues in the country.
The show moved in and went up quickly – in about 5 hours.  Doors opened – audience came in – show time!  It was a very diverse crowd – children, families, seniors and college students from the area.  And the college students were incredibly enthusiastic about volunteering!  We ended up with some great people on the stage – and that always makes the magic more incredible.

It was a GREAT experience for us…and we hope the Oskaloosa audience had a great time with us.  After the show, we had to pack it down quickly and head for Sioux City – 291 miles away for a show the next day.  It was a short night!
