We’re back in the office for a couple of days. Well, two days actually. We leave again on Thursday morning for Rockford, MI but I’m hoping we can all have a break on Wednesday. It just seems there’s always something that has to be done.

I spent most of the day today working on two new marketing concepts. This is the project that I made reference to a couple of weeks ago. Jim Steinmeyer has been incredibly generous with his time, his expertise, and his inspiring writing skills on this project. I’m thrilled with the way things are looking. I’ll be putting them up online soon to share with you but, for now, I’ve got to get them to press. There’s absolutely no way I could have done any of this without Jim’s help and encouragement – advice on tweaking and refining. I believe they are going to have a big impact on our perception within the performing arts industry. Thank you Jim for all you do!!

We also received a few emails into our office today from some folks who attended the show in Dover, DE at the Schwartz Center for the Arts. One of the guys who helped onstage during a mindreading effect dropped us a note. I’m sure he (Eric) won’t mind if I share a few of his comments.

I was at your show last night in Dover, DE – great performance! I was the one who got the piece of paper that said “Singer” on it – you read my mind – Jack Johnson. Great job! I’m in a traveling drama group and I was very impressed with your stage presence and charming personality! You and Cindy truly bring in the real magic of the show! I wish I could have spoken with Cindy after the show – it was nice to meet you! It was nice to see someone living out the dream.

I was really impressed with your Houdini Escape, too. And the music selection – I love Newsboys and the techno you played. Made it great for my age group (I’m 20).

Keep at it with the phenomenal show – have a great tour! Hopefully I can catch another one of your shows in the future!

Thanks for taking the time to write – all of you. It really does mean a lot to us to know that you had a good time. And I realize that you don’t have to take the time to do let us know but we are grateful when you do.

I’ve still got some forms to fill out for upcoming conventions – the International Brotherhood of Magicians in Reno and the 25th Anniversary Celebration of Project Magic in Vegas. I’ve been asked to give a presentation at both of these on the Healing of Magic. We’re not even done with this tour yet and I can see the summer slipping away….
