Merlin Award

In October 2009, the President of the International Magicians Society, Mr. Tony Hassini, presented the prestigious Merlin Award for International Magician of the Year to Kevin and Cindy Spencer. This award recognizes their significant contributions to the art of magic and is to magic what an Oscar is to the movies or a Grammy is to music. The criteria considered by the voting committee include talent, showmanship, skill, originality, and, above all, the rare ability to entertain audiences under any conditions.

By receiving this award, The Spencers join other prominent recipients including Doug Henning, Penn & Teller, Criss Angel, and David Copperfield.
