Today is Thanksgiving in the United States, a celebration commemorating the harvest of the Pilgrims in 1621. It’s a day marked by religious observances and a traditional meal (which generally includes turkey). But, mostly, it’s a day where we all can reflect on the things and people in our lives for which we are thankful.

I have a lot to be thankful for –  a beautiful and caring wife, parents who are healthy and happy, a great family, wonderful friends (and employees), and a business that continues to thrive in spite of the economic downturn.  And that’s just the beginning.

I hope all of us take some time today to reflect on the good things in our lives, rather than concentrating on the challenging ones.
